Designed by Prize Winning Architects, our homes feature lavish two-story entry foyers, 9’ ceilings, large rooms, thoughtful layouts, butler’s pantries, vaulted and tray ceilings, side entry 3 car garages, 8' full basements and many other features which have set our homes apart from the norm.
Nascor I-Beams
These reinforced wooden joists provide sturdier floors with less deflection and more fastening surface for quieter, trouble-free performance. Sub-floors of Oriented Strand Board are “triple” fastened with glue, screws and nails for greater structural integrity.
High Quality Finishes
We apply a fourth coat of joint compound to interior walls and ceilings for smoother surfaces. Ceilings are sand painted. Trim and doors are finished with washable semi-gloss. Walls receive a primer and two full coats. Sherwin Williams paints are used throughout.
Decorator Kitchens
We use Yorktown solid wood cabinetry, including 42” hangers. Yorktown is a company well known for its beautiful array of styles, finishes and special use features for pots, lazy susans, pantries and more. Countertops are of choice-hewn granite. Each of our kitchens is customized for maximum beauty and utility.
