Corcoran Group partners with Emmy Homes

The Corcoran Group recently announced that it would partner with Emmy Homes on a new 15 story, 57 unit condominium building at 44-27 Purves Street in Long Island City.

The exterior is a modern exposition of striking royal blue and silver metal panels on all sides interrupted by industrial style double pane windows that flood the apartments with the endless light evident in the LIC skyline.

The units were designed to offer space, light, variety and flexibility. Wireless Internet will be run throughout the building for no clutter. Oversized Windows will have Beautiful Exposures with City and Open Air Views. And most units have been designed to offer either Terraces or Balconies.
