Customization

At Emmy Homes customization is encouraged. Each family has its own individual needs, requirements and life style. We consider it our obligation to see that these goals are realized in the construction of each unique home. Our sales team is always available to advise and assist in the design of additional space, layout changes, room configurations to accommodate furnishings, finished  recreation areas, pool- patio-deck plans,etc. Our supervisory staff and sub contractors are all on board to assure the proper supply, construction and installation of all custom orders.

During the course of construction a walk through with each customer is scheduled to ensure that all special requirements have been properly incorporated  in each home. Even after the scheduled walk through, home owners are encouraged to visit and inspect the progress of construction (by appointment only). With this extra cooperation many details can be addressed, corrected and incorporated – making a sometimes stressful situation less so.
