Emmy in Commack

Emmy Homes recently announced its plan to build 20 luxury homes in Commack in 2007. The spacious new homes, featuring volume ceilings, farmhouse-style porches, stately stone accents, gables and turrets, will be located off Burr Road, between Larkfield and Townline Roads.

The homesites are generously proportioned, ranging from 3/4-acre to over 2 acres in size. All of the homes will be built to meet Energy Star specifications, which means they will take up to 30% less energy to heat.
